Emergency Care
During your first visit to the Kennel you will fill out forms regarding your pet which include emergency contact information.
Care is provided by either Petersburg Vet Clinic or Main Street Animal Clinic.
[Top]Vaccines / Immunizations
It is your responsibility to make sure ALL Required vaccines are up to date.
For dogs we require:
- DHPP (Distemper / Parvo / Parainfluenza)
- BORDETELLA (Kennel Cough) is recommended but not required
- RABIES
Administering Medication
We can administer medications as long as they are in their original labeled container and you provide proper treats to dispense them with. (Hotdogs, Cheese, Pill Pockets, Etc) Administration of medication is an extra $1 per animal per day.
[Top]Drop-off/Pick-up Hours
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM until 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM through 6:00 PM. Saturdays we're open 8:00 AM through 10:00 AM. Sundays we're open 5:00 PM through 6:00 PM.
[Top]Days/Nights in Stay
Our fees are based on a 24 hour schedule. If you check in during our AM hours you have until the following AM hours to check out. If you check in during our PM hours you have until the following PM hours to check out to be charged our normal 24 hour fee. If you check in during our AM hours and check out the following PM hours you are charged an additional $15 for daycare.

Switching your pet's food causes them tummy upset. Therefore we need you to please bring in their food from home. We provide food and water bowls but you are welcome to bring your own from home. If you forget to bring food or you don't pack enough for their stay you will be charged a extra fee for us supplying their food. If your pick up date is questionable please pack extra food.
[Top]Toys / Personal Belongings
Boarding rates include toys, treats, bedding (non filled raised beds &/or fleece blankets) & multiple potty/playtimes in our outdoor fenced in play area. **With us providing the bedding for our guests we ask that you minimize the amount of extras you bring for your fur babies. We want to do everything possible to eliminate the possibilities of anyone bringing in outside illnesses/bugs.**
[Top]Multiple Animals
Depending on the size of your pets, we can accommodate multiple pets from the same family to board together. Please let us know if your pets need to be separated for feeding.
[Top]Baths
Baths are available for dogs for an additional fee. Please schedule your pet for a bath when making your boarding reservation.
[Top]Neuter/Spay
Dogs are not required to be fixed but it is highly recommended. If your pet is not neutered or spayed, playtime with large groups of other dogs may be limited for safety reasons.

Please call for an appointment to tour our facility.
[Top]Minimum Age
The very minimum age for boarding any animal is six weeks.
